Return Policy and Cancellation

At www.redparrotfashions.com we try our best to provide great customer experience every time you shop with us, if at all due to any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase that you made from our website, you can return or exchange the same. www.redparrotfashions.com’s Return policy provides you the choice to either return or exchange products that were purchased from www.redparrotfashions.com within 15 days after you receive the item(s). In case of returned items, the exact amount would be credited back to your Bank account. For this purpose you may have to send your Bank account number and communicate through customer service@redparrotfashions.com. If you wish to exchange any product, the reason being defective product or size mismatch, it would be done free of cost. However, exchange of products or items is conditioned to the availability of product in stock.

There are however some EXCLUSIONS and DIRECTIONS that apply to this policy:

  1. Certain products such as undergarments, deodorants, cosmetic items, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
  2. Any item that is to be returned or exchanged should be in their original condition and unused along with their price tag and packaging, which should not be tampered with.
  3. Exchanges may take place only if our Logistics team services in your address/locality.
  4. In case any item purchased has free gift(s) associated along with it, on return of the item the free gift also has to be returned.
  5. If you wish to ship back your returns on your own, please pack the products properly so as avoid any damage or events such as loss of items during the transit phase. We recommend the use of well-known courier service for all self-shipped returns.
  6. Refund/ replacement of goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection by the our team.
  7. Please note that the shipping charge and the convenience charge for Cash on Delivery would not be considered for the refund value as these come under non – refundable charges.

There are two ways in which a product can be returned to us. In most of the locations we offer free pick up service for returning of products. You will see a pick up option as soon as you submit a request for return. If we do not offer pick up services from your location, or if you prefer, you can ship a product or item back to us. In the scenario that you ship an item to us, we will credit your cashback account with Rs.100 so as to cover up for the shipping cost. Once we have the returned product with us, our team will review the same and will credit the amount that you paid to purchase the same into your Bank account. If you wish to receive refund instead, please send an email with the following details from your registered email address to customerservice@redparrotfashions.com

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and credit your net banking account. But in case if you have received the ordered item then the return policy of the redparrotfashions.com will be applicable in all cases.
